Estadia offers a free intial consultation to assess the work required and to demonstrate the process through which solutions are sought and initiated.

 

 

Training Needs Analysis

 

Training Needs Analysis is a globally accepted method of assessing the training needs of you and your staff and should always be the first step in any development programme. Profit Training provides the template and the expertise to fully complete a training needs analysis for any subject or strategy.

 

Our highly experienced staff will spend time with the decision makers within the business understanding the reasons for the TNA and the structure in which to work. Then the Skills, Attitude and Knowledge of all relevant staff is assessed along with the environment in which they are expected to perform and the goals that the business wishes to attain.

 

A full report is collated and presented with recommendations for training enhancements, system developments and suggested solutions. If the required training does not fall within Estadia's expertise, then other providers can be recommended.

 

A one off fee for the completion of the TNA is charged, variable by the time needed to complete, however, this is usually refunded in the event of Esatdia being engaged to deliver any training or further consultancy.
