TNT Post Midlands required a development programme for their telesales team who are responsible for setting appointments for the field sales team and selling smaller postal contracts on the phone. Over a two year period, Estadia helped them to establish their systems and controls, develop their key skills, create daily motivation to succeed and a deliver a cohesive, dedicated team. This was achieved very successfully, creating growth and profit within the business.                                                                                         


Estadia has been responsible for training some of Nat West's Commercial Banking Managers in the skills, attitudes and motivations required to make effective appointments using the telephone. Their goal has been to increase the effectiveness of their weekly calling sessions and to start to build relationships with a greater number of potential clients. In a recent training session, 19 managers gathered to learn about the skills required to make good appointments and were then put to the test with live calling some of their prospects. They finished the session with an average of 5 appointments each which have subsequently turned into business. They are now more focussed and motivated to make their weekly calls!



Our role here has been to develop Raleigh’s field sales team, their behaviours, skills and profitability within the cycle market. We helped the team to more fully understand their customers’ needs and motivations, to create longer lasting relationships through encouraging them to develop their customers’ selling skills and to manage their selling activity on a day to day basis to ensure they achieved target.


 

BMTR is another or Estadia's long standing clients. Intially brought in to develop the skills of their field sales team, we are now working with the telesales department who need to increase the profitability and turnover from their existing customer base. Following the field sales training, their effectiveness has increased dramatically, along with the confidence and motivation of the whole team.



At Goulds, we have been responsible for increasing retail sales through improving their category management, leadership and motivation, customer service and price increase management.

For the last 3 years we have been involved in preparing the team for the ‘Golden Quarter’ of retail sales however, their sales throughout the year have also benefited strongly. The team are now more customer focussed while maintaining a healthy eye on increased sales and profitability. We have helped the store management to improve their people skills enabling them to drive their teams to greater results. Goulds have managed to weather the recession storm by preparing their staff well, motivating them, developing them and giving them great products to sell.


 

Bride Valley Motors have contracted Estadia to help them develop their whole range of sales activities. From new and used vehicle sales, prospecting, upselling insurance and vehicle protection products through to increasing the sale of vehicle servicing and repairs. Estadia has been instrumental in improving their systems, their efficiency and productivity as well as their profitability.


 

With My Food, another returning customer, the brief is to improve the skills of their inbound customer service team and instigate outbound telesales and telemarketing techniques. We are not only training the team but also monitoring and coaching. In addition, our role is as mentor to the business owner, helping her to develop her own sales management skills and eventually to take over the full running of the sales programme.


 

Samson Office Supplies have worked with Estadia almost from the first days of our company's existance. We have helped various members of their inbound and outbound telesales team to be more productive, more profitable and to build better relationships with their customers. Their revenues have increased year on year, despite a tough market, full of competition. In addition, we have provided sales management skills, time management and general management instruction.


 

SM Group (Europe) are nationwide distributors of marine and other electronics. They achieve their sales through a combination of telesales account management and field sales. Estadia was brought in to provide key sales process skills to both the internal and external teams. As a result, combined with their own efforts and dedication, their profit per customer has increased in line with their expectations, their growth has met the targets they have set and the relationships they have with their customers has grown stronger.


 

Tycoonita is a supplier of plumbed in water dispensers. When Estadia was involved with them, our brief was to increase the uptake of 14 day trials for the machines throughout their target markets. This was achieved through a combination of training, coaching and live call demonstrations which left the team motivated, focussed and successful.
